Cindy’s Spiced Cappucinno
- 1 cup water or almond milk
- 2 scoops MySmartShake (Whey, Soy or Plant)
- 1 flavor booster (Cappuccino)
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1 cup ice
Blend in blender until smooth adding ice to thicken to your desire. I don’t like my too thick or too cold so I add 1/2 cup. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy the yumminess!!!!
Chocolate Almond Love
- 2 scoops MySmartShake of your choice (Plant, Whey, or Soy)
- 1 flavor booster (Dark Chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon all-natural almond butter
- 1 cup water (or almond, rice or coconut milk)
- 1/2-1 cup ice
Blend together in a blender. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
J. Leman’s Carrot Cake
- 4-8 oz almond milk
- 2 scoops MySmartShake of choice
- 1/2 cup carrots
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup ice
Blend together in blender. Use less water or more ice for thicker smoothie.
Tropical Delight
- 1 cup almond milk (or cocounut milk)
- 2 scoops MySmart Shake of choice
- 1 flavor optimizer (Peach Mango)
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen chunks pineapple
- ice as desired

Brion’s Black Acai Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
- 2 Scoops MySmart Shake
- 1-2 Scoops MySmart Protein+
- 1-2 tablespoons Acai powder
- 1/4 frozen black cherries
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut shavings
- Ice
Blend together in a blender. For a kick of sweet, a little honey and a little lime juice do amazing things here.
Janet’s Orange Julep
- 8-10 oz water
- 2 scoops MySmart Shake of choice
- 1 flavor optimizer Orange Creme
- 1 small orange
- 1/2 small banana (can be frozen)
- ice as needed
- mint leaves (optional)
Whip it up in a blender and YUM! The more ice, the thicker it gets.
The Green Dream
- 8-10 ounces water or coconut water
- 2 scoops of MySmart Shake of choice
- 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
- 1 cup of spinach
- small handful of chopped parsley (optional)
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup of ice
- Stevia (add a few drops to sweeten it up)
Blend it all up in a blender. The more the ice, the thicker it gets.
Peach Mango Ice Cream Smoothie
- 2 scoops of MySmart Shake of choice
- 1 flavor optimizer Peach Mango
- 1 cup water (or coconut water)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2-1 cup frozen mango
Blend it up in blender to ice cream consistency, adding water as needed and eat with a spoon! This is great for dinner or dessert too!
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
- 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 scoops MySmart Shake of choice
- 1 flavor optimizer Peach Mango
- 1/2 c. pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 c. frozen dark cherries (no added sugars)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 ice cubes
